How to Request an Exchange or Return:
To initiate an exchange or return, we have provided a convenient online return portal. Simply visit the following link to access our Return and Exchange Request page.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.
Broken or Damaged Items:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Kindly provide photos as proof of the item's defects. Once we receive the photos, we will promptly provide you with a return address. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase.
Return Instructions and Details:
To ensure a smooth return process, please contact us for detailed return instructions and further information. We kindly request that you provide a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received it. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that products purchased with discount codes, on sale, or clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been posted.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
- Reach out to your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We do accept returns for sale items and orders placed with discount codes. Your refund will be provided via store credit or store email gift card.
We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at email@example.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued at over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
A standard 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all returned items.
