How to Request a Return or Exchange

We’ve made returns easy with our online return portal. Simply visit our Return & Exchange Request page to start the process.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Final sale, clearance, and items purchased with discount codes are eligible for store credit only.

Broken or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is broken or defective, contact us at info@pinnacleluxuries.com with photos as proof. Once verified, we will provide a return address and issue a full refund or replacement upon receiving the item.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for store credit only.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account to confirm it has not been posted.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as additional clearance time may be required.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same model, email us at info@pinnacleluxuries.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
