At Pinnacle Luxuries, we are committed to providing exceptional quality and service. 


📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Free of wear, damage, or modification

Please note:

  • Final Sale, Clearance, or Discounted items are eligible for store credit only.

  • Returns must be approved before shipping any item back.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.


🚚 Return Shipping Instructions

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with instructions.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of shipment.

  • For items over $75, shipping insurance is recommended.

  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked packages.


🔄 Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us with clear photos of the item.

  • Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund after receiving the return.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or other).

  • If your original card has expired or been cancelled, your bank will route the refund to your new card or contact you directly.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Items purchased using discount codes or store promotions are eligible for store credit only.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing times can vary.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us with your name, order number, and clear photos.

  • We’ll confirm the details and provide shipping instructions.


🎁 Gift Returns

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.

  • If the gift was not marked as such or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be sent to the original payment method.

💳 Refunds to Original Payment Method (Exception-Based)

In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may authorize a refund to your original payment method. If this exception is granted:

  • You must return the item in unused, original condition.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover processing and handling costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
